It might just be my monitor, but the leff part of the "M" gets kind of lost in the light blue color. You also might want to kern the "R" and the "T" in art away form each other a little because you get "cam ant" or "camant" at first glance.

It's a beautiful logo.

great logo but maybe the font needed to be more bold with darker colors or maybe needed another color so it would be more noticed..u can make the letters that over the feather be darker,,
